Tomorrow

from Helleven by Haniwa

/
  • Compact Disc (CD) + Digital Album

The music is rapid, groovy and catchy, at times with melodic openings; the sounds are sharp and melt together the various protagonists’ experiences to give life to a Modern Metal with a mixed Vintage/Modern taste.
This album is the result of hard work, made of sweat, passion and attitude, where Haniwa unleashed all their experience and musical impetuousness.
We have composed 11 songs where we believe that our unusual and personal vision of the music is contained, including the listening of totally different music genres in decades but represented in the Haniwa’s way.
Haniwa means brutality, aggression, melody and rhythm with a fresh and direct attitude, which takes natural inspiration from the single elements background, but the explosive mix goes beyond the sum of them.
The album is the evolution of an instinctive EP, played by impulse, which allowed the band to create a synergy and a compositional maturity that permitted within a year to conceive Helleven.

about

TOMORROW: first song worked by HANIWA! The vicissitudes described in the track adapt very well with the persistent and partly aggressive rhythm, and with the chorus that, with its melodic and captivating mood, leaves vain hopes. Tomorrow we will see!

lyrics

TOMORROW

Live my life in grief, Roaming in the dark
I wanna one direction, To set up my soul
(Do) Strange things, (Think) To myself
Indeed I’ll die, There is no way out

Get it with my friends, Drive to insanity
I’m seeing death, Burn close to me
(Burst) In another world, (Surge) My own relish
A new life, Maybe for me

When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway
When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway

Now delete myself, And you with me
Wiggle out of the world, Without my soul
(Run) Sudden impulse, (Through) Slaughter all around
I see my body, Worn out on the ground

When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway
When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway

(SOLO)

Comin’ out in the rain, Live your life away
Iron clouds come down, crush you to the ground
Go outside and fight, light up your black night
Don’t provoke your sorrow, You will never say tomorrow

When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway
When I try to change my life, It’s too late, Tomorrow
Take the blame and struggle on and on, anyway

about

Haniwa Florence, Italy

In the year 2015, three demons emerged from the underworld in order to awaken humanity from the torpor of everyday life. To this end, they brought with them the sound of the afterlife: a sort of visceral Thrash Metal, contaminated with elements of the Japanese tradition.
The portal is still open: you can not go back..
